Background:

I was raised in Odessa , Texas , where I attended Permian High School (Mojo!). I began teaching in 1984 in the Judson ISD near San Antonio . I began my career at CHHS in 1999.

I come from a family of educators and am a big fan of the teaching profession.  My teaching assignments have ranged from 7th – 12th graders including: biology, earth science, physi cs , environmental systems, multicultural education and ISS.
Educational  Philosophy: I love being in the classroom and try to create an atmosphere that is pleasant, challenging and educationally valid for all my students. My goal is to attain all three at one time, which is easier said than done, but I welcome the challenge.
