I attended Texas Wesleyan, Texas A&M, UTA, TCCC, and North Texas

I have a B.A. in Radio-Television Communications from UTA

I have teacher certification in the areas of Health, Speech Communications, Physical Education and English.  
 
Background: I have been teaching and coaching for 16 years ( 6 yrs. in Birdville ISD, 2 yrs. at Forestburg ISD, 4 yrs. at Lake Dallas ISD, 2 yrs. in the Fort Worth ISD, and 2 yrs. at Joshua ISD). I have been a head boys and/or girls basketball coach for 8 years; I have been a head track coach for 3 years.
         
Teaching Philosophy:

All students can learn and be successful academically. As educators, we should be preparing our students to be productive citizens in whatever area they choose to pursue.
 
Personal:

I have been married to my wife Christy for 12 years.
Our family consists of three boys: CJ (age 17), Cameron (age 10) and Caden (age 8), as well as a 14-year-old German Shepherd (Sassy) and a one-year-old miniature Australian Shepherd (Blue) plus a couple of guinea pigs.
