Advanced Placement Exams

Advanced Placement (AP) allows students to pursue college-level studies while still in High School.  Students in Advanced Placement courses will be strongly encouraged to take an AP exam in each course.  Students who earn grades of 3 or higher on three or more AP Exams on full-year courses or the equivalent number of half-year courses will receive AP Scholar awards.
