Student Enrollment Procedures

1. In order to enroll, you will need to provide the following:
   1. Proof of Residency – One of the following must be used
      1. Executed lease on a house or an apartment (if renting);
      2. Deed of Sale;
      3. Tax Statement.
   2. AND one of the following:
      1. Current Utility Bill in your name;
      2. Current Texas driver's license with matching address;
      3. Approved In-District or Employee Transfer form;
      4. Other proof of residence at address.
           
   3. Shot Records – All students must see the nurse before enrolling
   4. Social Security Card
   5. Withdrawal Form – From the previous school (if registering after the school year has begun)
   6. Report Card and Transcript, TAKS Scores (if last attended in Texas)
   7. Birth Certificate
   8. Drivers License (if licensed)

   6. Migrant Education Form
   7. Immigrant Information Form

   10. Health Card
   11. Student Residency Questionnaire
3. Bring the completed forms to the Registrar to have your registration entered on the computer. (If enrolling in the summer months see a counselor)
4. See your Counselor to schedule classes.  Counselors are assigned by the first letter of your last name:
